The College of Engineering and Computer Science is hosting two Career Fairs this academic year; Friday, October 25, 2019 and Friday, February 28, 2020. The registration process for the Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair is completed through our online career services management system, Handshake.

How many potential candidates attend the events?
Approximately 1100 well qualified candidates attend each event. The candidates are students and alumni of the CSUS College of Engineering & Computer Science programs including: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.


Where is the event located?
Both Career Fairs will be held in the Sac State University Union Ballroom, with additional rooms available for interviews and seminars.


The fairs will run from 9am to 3pm, with setup beginning at 7am.


What is the cost?
The cost to register for one of the Engineering & Computer Science Career Fairs is $1000 for industry and $750 for government agencies.

The discounted cost of $1500 for industry and $1125 for government agencies is available to those who sign up for both events and complete their registration by October 11, 2019.

What does our registration fee include?
The registration fee includes your reserved space, parking permits, and advertising for the event. Breakfast and lunch for three company representatives is also included. Your company's information is available to interested candidates all year long on our virtual job fair site on the Engineering & Computer Science Career Services Web Site at career.ecs.csus.edu.

Your fee also provides funding to maintain the ECS Internship & Career Services Office throughout the year.
